At the heart of every thriving society lies the empowerment of women. Recognizing this fundamental truth, our organization stands as a beacon of hope and support for igbo women in the diaspora.
We firmly believe that when women are empowered, they become catalysts for change, driving progress in various spheres such as education, health, and economic empowerment.
Through a diverse range of initiatives we will be pioneering, we strive to break down the barriers that hinder Igbo women's progress in diaspora, offering them the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to unleash their full potential.
Igbo ladies are one of the most beautiful and intelligent women in the world.

We aim to work collaboratively to support one another in times of joy and in challenging times, ‘O nulu ube nwanne agbana oso’.
When we come together, we speak our language thereby promoting our language and our culture.
It is recognised that Igbos have a rich culture in terms of food, music, dance etc and it is the vision of IWWL to promote this culture in Diaspora and eventually pass it on to our children.
We are good home makers and we have the flair to support one another. This is true with this association, IWWL.
